The death of little Mikey has really been hard on me. It seems its all I think about and what his poor family is going through. Who’s Watching?
Our precious Baby Mikey
Was called back home today.
And I just have to wonder
Who will take my place?
Who's watching over my baby,
The angels up above?
Another mother just like me,
Who lost the one she loves?
His star is shining brightly,
For all the world to see.
But, who's watching over my baby?
I wish it could be me.
We'll plant a garden in his name,
And watch the flowers grow.
When there’s a need
To be with him,
We'll have a place to go.
Who's watching over my baby,
Who's arms are holding him tight,
Who's gently rocking my baby,
Who's singing to him tonight?
His star is shining brightly,
For all the world to see.
But, who's watching over my baby?
I wish it could be me.
God's hands are holding my baby.
He's watched over by Him.
One day I'll get to hold him,
And be his mom again.

Thinking of Mikey and his family today as his body is laid to rest... I'm still in shock about the whole thing, and my heart breaks for Danielle.
