We had Mayson's 6 month evaluation with our local AEA today. We went over her IFSP which are her six month goals. So far she has reached all of them!!!! yooo hooo!! Then we went over what we want for her to reach as her next goals. This was hard for me as I have know idea what her ablilities will be!! Our main objective is her motor goals. Working on balance while sitting, learning to use those upper arms ( she already gets on her knees but doesnt realize she needs to push up on those arms), learning to get from laying to sitting postition. I feel these are reasonable goals for her by the age of one. She is a go getter! So, this is what we will work on!
Right now she soooo wants to sit on her own! She tries so hard but just cant get it yet. She is close though, and I am sure by next month she will have it down! If not, I am afraid we will have one unhappy baby!

It's tough when you KNOW they will enjoy doing something and they WANT to do it, they just aren't quite able to yet. All part of the package! And what a dang cute package you have there! I love her facial expressions!
