The Flege Farm

We found out last week that Hubby's heart has enlarged since last years echo. His mitral valve is getting worse (he has mitral valve prolapse). We go tomorrow to the University of Iowa to see a Cardiac Surgeon to discuss what our next step is. His cardiologist is recommending he have it fixed. This means open heart surgery, but the surgeon we are seeing does a much less invasive surgery. Here is a little bit about it. This is also the Surgeon we will see tomorrow.
I really want it to just all go away........................
