Well, Mr.Cardiac Surgeon recommends hubby get the ticker fixed within the next two months.... not what we wanted to hear, but the sooner the better since his heart, otherwise is in such good shape and he is healthy. It's still considered open heart surgery. He will have to be put on the heart/lung bypass machine, but wont have to crack open up his chest. Instead, make a small 6-8 cm incision and just have the one tube through the groin. They said to plan up to a month recovery time.. Uh?? How are we going to make this work on his one income when he cant work? We have no disability insurance..blah blah blah.. still trying to catch up on things from him losing his job this past winter. OH the stress..... Cant it all please go away?????

yikes. Praying that all will go well. We don't have disability either. If we took out for everything we wouldn't have a paycheck left!

I had no idea you were dealing w/ this. BTDT w/ my hubby but he had to have triple bypass, twice. {{{HUGS}}}} and prayers for your family. If you need a wife's point of view, i'll share with you. {{HUGS}}}
